Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s), the specifications and sales price of which are listed below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website prfsrskin.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations, defining the rights and obligations of the parties.

Article 5 - General Provisions

The BUYER declares that they have read and understood all pre-contractual information regarding the basic features of the product or service, sales price, payment method, and delivery, and has confirmed this electronically.

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. To exercise this right, the product must be unused and in a resalable condition.

The shipping and delivery period is between 1 to 7 business days, depending on the type of product.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the SELLER, and the product price shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.

Article 7 - Jurisdiction

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction up to the monetary limit set by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey; beyond this limit, Consumer Courts shall be authorized.

Article 8 - Effectiveness

The BUYER declares that they accept all terms and conditions contained in this agreement and confirms their order.
