Return and Refund Policy

At PRFSR SKINS, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item you received is non-functional or significantly different from the description. If this is the case and the item is out of stock, you are covered by our Buyer Protection and may be eligible for a replacement code or a refund.

Please check the code version carefully before purchasing. All PUBG skins we sell are strictly for STEAM PC.

Once a transaction is completed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted. By completing the transaction, you confirm that you have received and accepted the item.

We do not sell products to individuals under the age of 18.

To avoid disputes, we strongly encourage buyers to:

  • Carefully review listing photos and descriptions,

  • Watch the product’s in-game performance via our official YouTube channel,

  • Search online for gameplay examples,

  • Ask about the product’s condition before purchasing.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only under the following conditions:

  1. Immediately after placing the order – within 1–2 minutes, before the order is processed.

  2. If PRFSR SKINS fails to deliver the product within 24 hours, including an additional 12-hour grace period, and does not attempt to contact you.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please start a live chat and speak with your online assistant.


Marketplace Code Expiry

If a code we send expires within 12 hours of delivery, we will send a valid replacement or cancel the order if no working code is available.
If the code expires after 12 hours, the buyer is responsible. No returns or exchanges will be provided in this case.


How Will I Receive My Code and How Long Will It Take?

Typically, your code will be delivered by email within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. Please allow up to 24 hours as we operate 24/7.
For security reasons, codes are only sent to your registered email address.

Additional Terms for Returns

  • No returns will be accepted once the item has been delivered or redeemed.

  • All items are sold exactly as described in the listing.
